Soft polyurethane foam (commonly known as sponge) for sofa filling sponge is mainly divided into three categories:
Conventional sponge: a sponge formed by conventional polyether and TDI. It is characterized by good resilience, softness and air permeability.
High resilience sponge: a sponge with active polyphosphorous and TDI as the main body, which has excellent mechanical properties and good elasticity. Large compression load, fire resistance, good air permeability;
Random hole sponge: a sponge similar to natural algae with different sizes of internal pores, characterized by good elasticity and excellent cushioning when compressed and bounces back.
